A Message To Our Community regarding COVID-19

Our Bird's Nest Family is just that—a family made up of team members, guests and the community we serve. The health, safety and overall wellbeing of our family, and yours, is always our top priority.

Be assured we will do everything we can to continue to serve our community safely and will continue to closely follow the guidance of the CDC and local health officials. We are also in the process of implementing additional measures, including:


  • Using tamper evident tape for additional security with food deliveries

  • Officially launching our online ordering with pick-up specials

  • Temporarily eliminating drink refills and reducing the price of our large coffee

  • Removing creamers and sugars from common area

  • Removing condiments from public areas

  • Dine-in will be closed until health officials deemed it safe to reopen


We prepared our team and re-emphasized existing sanitation and illness policies, including frequent and proper hand-washing, and our practices regarding wearing and changing of gloves.We have implemented enhanced protocols for cleaning and sanitizing our restaurants, including cleaning more frequently and adding additional cleanings with sanitizing solution in high-touchpoint locations.


We are working tirelessly to do what’s best for everyone who visits and works in our restaurants. We are proud to be your community eatery, and look forward to seeing you again soon.
